KidSafeKid Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the KidSafeKid Android TV application, a companion to KidSafeNest. By signing in, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Intended use
KidSafeKid is a companion app for KidSafeNest. It must be used by a parent or legal guardian who:
- Signs in with the same Google account used in KidSafeNest
- Selects a child profile
- Supervises viewing on TV
Children should not sign in or manage settings on TV.
2. Content
Videos are parent-approved in KidSafeNest and streamed from YouTube. We do not host or upload YouTube videos. Availability depends on YouTube and the video owner. Playback follows YouTube Terms of Service.
3. Account & limits
Watch limits, bedtime lock, and approved videos are configured in KidSafeNest and enforced in KidSafeKid. Usage minutes may sync across devices through Firebase.
4. Data & privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data or show ads in KidSafeKid.
5. Disclaimer
KidSafeKid is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages, YouTube outages, or third-party service interruptions.
